Rachael is Dale Carnegie Australia's General Manager and a facilitator in her own right. Over seven years with the business, she's worked closely with clients across mining, luxury retail, healthcare and everything in between, building partnerships that tend to grow rather than churn. Today she leads the largest accounts and oversees both sales strategy and program management. Clients work with Rachael because she gets into the detail of their business and stays there long enough to make sure the program actually changes how the team operates.
