Jod is one of Dale Carnegie's Digital Producers and the reason most of our virtual sessions run as smoothly as they do. He sits behind the scenes managing breakout rooms, whiteboards and the moments where technology usually decides to misbehave. His customer service background means he reads what participants actually need before anyone has to ask. Internally he's been nicknamed the MacGyver of tech, partly as a joke and partly because there's no piece of software he hasn't found a way to make do something it wasn't designed for.
